• AYBARION TRADE is provided by AYBARION SOFTWARE LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17473674), and is offered to businesses only.
• Professional renews automatically until you cancel in Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period, and cancelling during the 7-day trial costs nothing.
• AYBARION is not a party to trades between members and never holds money for them.
• We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and do not sell personal data.
• The English versions of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are binding. Translations are provided for convenience.

What our bots do

Two bots run on our own server and read public web pages for the platform:

• AYBARION-Research-Bot reads official notices and publications from a fixed list of public sources (for example statistical releases, tariff and sanctions notices) to keep market news and knowledge current.
• AYBARION-Product-Bot reads public product pages of retailers and manufacturers that publish structured product data, and records facts such as product title, price and availability.
• They only request public pages. They never sign in, fill in forms or bypass paywalls.
• E-mail addresses and phone numbers are removed from what they keep. They do not collect personal profiles.

Limits we apply

The bots are deliberately slow and polite.

Opting out

Both bots read robots.txt before they collect from a site and follow its rules, including rules for all bots. If robots.txt cannot be reached, they do not collect from the site. Where a publisher offers an official API, the research bot uses that API under its terms. To stop them, add these lines to your robots.txt:

Official datasets we use

Most of the platform runs on official open data, used under each publisher's terms with attribution. The full list, with licences and attribution, is in the legal notice.

Retention

No automatic deletion period is set yet for what the bots keep. We review it, and we will publish the period here when it is set.

Corrections and objections

If a fact about your company or product is wrong or out of date, or you object to its use, write to us with the page that shows the correct information. We review the evidence, update or withdraw the fact and keep a record of the change.
