This notice gives the information required for companies and online services in the United Kingdom (Companies Act 2006 trading disclosures and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002). It is written in English, and the English version is the binding one. Translations are provided for convenience.
About the platform
AYBARION TRADE is a business to business trade intelligence service and member marketplace. It is offered only to businesses, not to consumers. Contracts for goods and services are made directly between members; AYBARION is not a party to them and does not hold or transfer money for them (see the Terms of Service).

Platform figures are built from the datasets below, used under each publisher's terms. Values on the platform link to a Data Passport that names the source, record and licence. Data is provided as published, without a guarantee of completeness, and publishers may revise it.

Company directory: registers and licences
The company directory combines the official registers and open datasets below. It holds legal entities only: name, country, region and city, sector, legal form, status, registry number, LEI, founding year and website. Sole traders and other natural person forms are excluded, and we do not store names of directors, owners or contacts, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or street addresses.
If a record about your company is wrong, or you object to it being shown, write to info@aybarion.com with the record and the correct information. We review the evidence and correct, restrict or remove the record.

We compile platform content with care, but statistics are decision support and change when publishers revise their data. Listings, offers and messages are published by members, who are responsible for them. Report unlawful content with the report function on the platform or to info@aybarion.com. External links lead to content of other providers, who are responsible for it.
