University, ethics body or specialist civil-society organization
Research ethics, child safeguarding, GDPR/DPIA, independent review and adverse-event procedures.
School network, university, education authority or youth NGO
Defined participant cohorts, lawful access routes, inclusion capacity, local approvals and delivery staff.
Registered NGO, foundation or association
Youth participation, media literacy, disability inclusion, community trust and documented field delivery.
University, public body, NGO or policy network
Policy translation, open science, practitioner toolkits, exploitation pathways and measurable communication capacity.
A meeting, email, logo or draft task does not make AYBARION a consortium member. Admission remains non-binding until due diligence, role design, budget negotiation and authorised written commitment are complete.
Email starts a coordinator or consortium-fit discussion; it is not the place for sensitive evidence. Verified counterparts receive a controlled reference and secure evidence route after review.
An English acknowledgement confirms receipt and the five-working-day initial review target. Receipt never grants partner status.
