Post a listing
Sell offer or buy request with HS code, quantity, Incoterm, validity and attachments. Members who sell or buy this product (company profile) and members with a matching saved search are notified.

Receive offers
Verified members send offers or quotes. Every offer arrives in My listings & offers and in the bell.

Negotiate
Accept, decline or counter. A private conversation is attached to every offer; contact details stay sealed.

Order and deliver
An accepted offer becomes an order: purchase order, contract, payment, shipment, delivery, then both sides review each other.
Trust & safety
- E-mail addresses and phone numbers are blocked in listings, offers and messages until both sides accept.
- Blind listings hide the owner’s identity until an offer is accepted.
- Every listing and member can be reported; an independent moderator decides.
- You can block a member: neither side can send offers or messages.
- Reviews are possible only after a delivered order.
Price evidence
For the 26 tracked product families the listing form shows the EU-27 import unit value (Eurostat 2025) as an indicative reference with its Data Passport. It is a price proxy, not a quotation.
